Soups On - Curried Butternut Squash Soup w/Hazelnut Cream

Ingredients for Shane's Version:

Soup

1/2 Butternut squash chopped into small cubes
1 tbsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp Real cinnamon
1/3 tsp Sea salt
1.5 half cups Coconut Meat
1 tbsp Garlic Powder

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and mix. Garnish with a few cracks of black pepper. You cannot over blend this, I probably pureed for a good 10 mins in total to get a smooth enough texture. Serve & Enjoy.

Hazelnut Cream

1 cup Hazelnuts
2 tbsp Nooch (Nutritional Yeast)
As much (little) water as needed

Place in food processor and blend until creamy

I made a sprout sandwich as a side using almond/carrot bread I'd made in the dehydrator the night before. All in all this was a great meal, very filling and really tasty.
