Juicey Tuesday

Today marks day 1 of our 30 day challenge. To begin we've decided to cleanse for the first 36 hours by juicing.

Remember: Juice is best when consumed fresh. However if the need arises to make a large batch (like we did for our cleanse) it can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Even stored away in will keep a lot of it's nutritional benefits.
