Thanks for checking us out, hopefully what you see inspires, intrigues, excites or invokes thought. To preface, this site is about us (Kent and Shane) going from vegan, to raw vegan for the next 30 days and what positive impacts such an experience will have on our lives. Yes we live in different cities but we make it work because it's worth it.
We're both fairly busy during the week and tend to eat some sort of variation of raw overnight quinoa flakes and almond milk (sometimes with fruit, cinnamon, flax, etc...) we're going to hi-light our evening meal Monday to Friday while sharing a full menu on the weekends. You'll see pictures of both our meals we prepare separately and the nights we're together we'll share the credit.

ReplyDeleteAnd something to keep in mind: 80/10/10 is the ideal ratio of carbohydrates/protein/fat. Preferably between 4 to 9 percent for both protein and fat and 80 percent carbohydrates should be the absolute minimum.
